WARRANTY TERMS

While it is extremely rare that an RGPC product fails, if it does, Richard Gray's Power Company is pleased to grant to the original purchaser of Richard Gray's Power Company TM a Limited Five Year Warranty*, by merely completing the Warranty Registration and submitting it to us within thirty (30 days of the date of purchase from an Authorized Dealer).  A copy of the full warranty is below:

When validated by Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC LLP this certifies that the Product listed to the right has been registered to the listed owner and is covered by the Limited Five-Year Warranty* until the Expiration date.

Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC warrants the product (designated to the Right) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the following conditions, for a period of five years* from the original date of purchase.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS:   This warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

This warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has not been used in accordance with the instructions contained in the Instructions For Use, or has been misused or abused, or damaged by neglect or transportation, or if the defect is due to the product being repaired, modified or tampered with by anyone other than Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC or its specifically authorized agent.

If Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC product fails to meet the above warranty and the above conditions have not been violated, the purchaser's sole remedy shall be to return the product to Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC where the defect will be repaired without charge for parts or labor.   The product must be packed in an original specification box and packing (available from Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC for a nominal charge) and returned to Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC via insured UPS or freight carrier by the owner at his or her own expense.   A Return Authorization Form (available from Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC) must accompany the product being returned, to include proof of the original date of purchase and a description of the defect.

The repaired product will be returned via prepaid, insured freight (Method and carrier to be determined solely by Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC).

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser for the life of the Warranty.   This warranty may be transferred to a new owner for the balance of the warranty period so long as it has been validated and re-issued to the new owner.   This warranty expires on the fifth anniversary of the date of purchase.   During the first year, Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC Limited One-Year Warranty supersedes this warranty.   This warranty applies only to product purchased from an Authorized Dealer and used in the United States or Canada.

Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC reserves the right to modify its products or change specifications at any time without any obligation or liability to previous purchasers.   Any implied warranties relating to the above product shall be limited to the duration of the above warranty.   The warranty does not extend to any incidental or consequential costs or damages to the purchaser.   This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights While it is extremely rare that an RGPC product fails if it does, Richard Gray's Power Company is pleased to grant to the original purchaser of Richard Gray's Power Company TM a Limited Five Year Warranty*, by merely completing the Warranty Registration and submitting it to us within thirty (30 days of the date of purchase from an Authorized Richard Gray's Power Company, LLC Dealer.  Failure to register the Limited Five-Year Warranty will result in coverage being restricted to the Limited One-Year Warranty.

The Limited Five Year Warranty* may be transferred to one new owner for the balance of the warranty period.  The new owner needs only mail to us the signed and numbered certificate, along with a check or money order for $15, a nominal handling charge to register the new owners name and address and optional E-mail address for product updates,news. If a resale of a RGPC product is handled by an Authorized RGPC Dealer, Richard Gray's Power Company will waive the $15 re-registration fee in order to give the dealer an opportunity to build value and service to its customers.
